About The Position

The Administrative Assistant (Part Time) perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suites programs such as Word and Excel are considered an asset
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Typical Business office environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and email.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and assisting with routine office tasks.
  • Prepare, edit, scan, and organize documents; maintain spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support basic office equipment needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support office security procedures, manage visitor sign‑ins, and assist with title processing, accounts receivable follow‑up, and other business needs as required.
