What Drives Success Provides general administrative support to the branch manager, exercises judgment in decision making, has knowledge of branch process and procedures and assist in the coordination and activities of employees engaged in maintaining, servicing and installing commercial HVAC equipment Schedules and coordinates service and maintenance calls for multiple service technicians. Dispatches service technicians on a daily schedule Processes and bills completed service invoices Orders parts as necessary and schedules return service calls Quotes the customers on repairs as needed Keeps customers updated on service calls through multiple websites and other tools Provides maximum customer service, accurate communication, and courtesy to all co-workers, management and customers Other duties as assigned
