About The Position
Our newest factory, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan, Purina ONE, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets. With a strong focus on sustainability and safety, this facility is committed to doing our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As the HR and Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for providing professional customer oriented, high-quality services. You will support the Human Resources, Safety Department and Eden Factory. You must develop, control, and maintain the plant's communication systems and will have daily interface with employees and outside customers.
