This is a temporary 6 month fixed-term contract position. A job at TSMC Arizona offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States. TSMC Arizona’s first fab will operate its leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. The recently announced third fab will manufacture chips using 2nm or even more advanced process technology, with production starting by the end of the decade.   • Performing scheduling tasks, administrative support for team/staff meetings, meeting notes, and documenting follow-up action.
  • Performing administrative support tasks for contractors and vendors.
  • Responsible for logistics of department supply to include office and production equipment inventory.
  • Responsible for weekday supper, lunch and afternoon tea of department.
  • Align inventory to ensure delivery and ordering of required supplies to the department.
  • Support budget, purchase orders and purchase request processes.
  • Organize and schedule job trainings or activity for employees, support communication of schedules with data analysis.
  • Administration of equipment planning to support facilities and production activities in the cleanroom and office settings.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint in communication, tracking, and data analysis (inventory, percentages, SUM/AVG, Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to work onsite in North Phoenix location, Monday – Friday.
  • Other job duties as required by business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources related is required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, data mining query skills.
  • 2+ years of working experience in administrative or project coordinator role.
  • Experience with office administration, parts inventory, department communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in an industrial or construction environment, working with vendors and deadlines is required.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment including self-managing in completing multiple tasks, critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including effective communication with all levels of management.
