About The Position

The Administrative Assistant/Grant Administrator will support the funding activities of the Vice-President of Evangelical Relations, the President of the Board of Directors, and the Program Director/Treasurer. This full-time position involves managing schedules, communications, and grant application processes, ensuring efficient operations within the Foundation.

Requirements

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability and willingness to learn Foundant grant management software or relevant grants management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage executives' phone calls, messages, mail, and emails
  • Communicate with grantees and potential grantees to explain the grant application process
  • Assist grantees with grant applications using Foundant grant management software
  • Schedule Zoom meetings and distribute to participants
  • Set up and communicate details of Board of Director meetings
  • Communicate regularly with Program Managers and Board of Directors
  • Take minutes of Board meetings
