The Administrative Assistant will effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include attending meetings and taking accurate minutes, managing physician credentialing, and potentially directing and leading the work of others. The role may also involve managing and coordinating administrative programs and office activities, creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations, reports, and documents as needed. Additional tasks include answering telephones, taking messages, covering the reception desk when required, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging staff meetings.
