Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or front office experience (dental or medical preferred)
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English a plus!)
• Prior dental experience required
• Solid knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Confidence discussing finances with patients
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Assisting with insurance verification and billing questions
• Maintaining an organized and friendly front office environment
• Collaborating with the clinical team on treatment plans
• Educating patients about procedures, benefits, and financial options
• Coordinating insurance and follow-ups
• Ensuring patients feel informed and supported
