About The Position

The Administrative Assistant for the Global Campus provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations for the Global Campus.

Requirements

  • The person in this position is not required to have formal education beyond high school.
  • The person in this position must have experience coordinating multiple tasks at once.
  • He/she should have a good track record of communicating with people both within and outside of an organization.
  • A proven ability to network among departments and personnel within a department for the benefit of the organization will be very helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, document preparation, and scanning.
  • Manages p-card receipts and documentation; reconciles monthly for AVP approval.
  • Provides general advising for current and prospective online students via telephone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Monitors the semester schedule and ensures timely completion of deliverables for various offices and faculty.
  • Coordinates with Human Resources regarding new employee onboarding and related logistics.
  • Coordinates with Campus Technology regarding issues affecting online faculty, staff, and students.
  • Maintains and updates online course registration reports and related statistics.
  • Completes various special projects as assigned by the AVP for Online Learning.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
