The Administrative Assistant is a key contributor to the Human Resources team, providing seamless administrative support and ensuring uninterrupted coverage for the President, Senior Vice Presidents, and Executives of The Wonderful Company. This role requires a highly organized, professional, and resourceful individual who excels at managing diverse administrative and office management tasks while maintaining discretion and efficiency. The Administrative Assistant interacts extensively with company leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to a smooth, high-functioning executive environment. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Human Resources. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
