Handles independently a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions. Performs administrative secretarial responsibilities required to maintain effective function of the department. Responsible for department specific projects as assigned. (i.e. special events, mass mailings, policy manual update, training, etc.) Coordinates department schedule and/or calendar Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Requirements
