Primary Purpose: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other administrators within the Finance Department. Duties include managing communications, reviewing incoming documents, conducting research, screening calls, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Requires strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of internal staff and external partners. Must maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or private information.
