Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and information support and excellent customer service to the department and donors. Oversees logistics and schedule management of all home pickups, corporate donation acquisitions, estate donors, community and fundraising drives, and non-profit donor partnerships. This position will oversee the composition of cumulative reports for the department and scheduling of all Donation Services programs. Job Description Essential Functions Reviews daily Vonigo scheduling for efficiency recommendations Fields calls and requests from Drivers and Assistants while on pick-up service and troubleshoot issues. Ensures accurate recording of donation numbers from Drivers and Assistants. Assists in receiving incoming donation pick-up calls and emails. Communicates promptly with donors in the event of necessary changes to pick-up schedule. Ensures the timely and safe pick-up and transfer of donated goods, i.e. clothing, shoes, books, furniture, and hard goods. Assists the Scheduler in answering multi-line system, with an emphasis on excellent customer service. Utilizes and manages the software scheduling program to schedule all Donation Services pickups when Scheduler is not available or at times of high demand. Assists internal and external customers of Goodwill. Assists with recruiting for the department as needed. Assists with employee work schedules and preparation of employee time cards for payroll as needed. Creates documents and posting for the department. Coordinates mailing for the department. Coordinates donor campaigns with Donations and Marketing Department. Manages the supplies of the department, which may include uniforms and office supplies. Assists with maintenance of the department databases which may include donation information, site information, employee information, etc. Assists with clerical support including making copies, faxing, etc. Assists with maintaining department working files including performance reviews and attendance controller. Provides support to department including liaison between staff and director, reporting data and analysis. Be knowledgeable of and comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, at all times. Regular, reliable attendance, as defined in Goodwill's attendance policy. Attends weekly Donations Team Meetings. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned by management.
