GFT is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Document Control to join our Project Team in New York, NY. This role requires regular attendance in our office in New York, NY. Our construction management teams oversee every phase of a project to help ensure work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with safety and quality standards. What you’ll be challenged to do: As an Administrative Assistant / Document Control Clerk, you will support the Project Team by preparing, proofreading, organizing, and maintaining project documentation. You will apply your experience in administrative and document control functions within a construction or construction management environment while using Microsoft Office programs to support project operations.
