Randstad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in a call center environment, specifically focusing on apartment rental and housing leasing. This temporary position involves various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication management, aimed at ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and execute office events or special projects.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when needed.
  • Support office security by monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs.
  • 1 year of experience in administrative duties or call center support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in apartment leasing (1 year of experience is required).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
