Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting senior leaders? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We’re looking for a highly organized and energetic Administrative Assistant III to join our Customer and Sales Support team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our Vice Presidents and Senior Directors—managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and helping drive team success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the earlier years of their career who is ready to take the next step supporting senior leadership. You’ll gain exposure to high-level operations, build strong cross-functional relationships, and have room to grow both within the department and across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Proven ability to drive results while working independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, SAP)
  • Background in sales, customer support, or a corporate environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Masterfully manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Keep communication flowing by organizing and maintaining distribution lists
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel with precision
  • Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and offsites
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with document preparation, presentation formatting, and data entry
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners
  • Provide general administrative support to the broader Customer and Sales Support team
