About The Position

Provide day to day administrative support for Service Delivery functions and Team Members in addition to overall corporate tasks, as needed. This role involves managing and processing data entry of incoming relocation Authorizations from clients, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring clear communication with Bristol’s clients and internal teams. The position also requires answering incoming calls, tracking and documenting real estate transactions, conducting audits of data, and assisting Mobility Advisors. Various office administration functions will be performed throughout the day, along with clerical and administrative duties. The individual will also serve as a backup to the Service Delivery Support Specialist and perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing data entry of incoming relocation Authorizations from clients.
  • Maintaining data integrity and completion of required data.
  • Clear communication with Bristol’s clients and internal teams.
  • Answering incoming calls and routing appropriately.
  • Tracking and documenting real estate transactions.
  • Conducting audits of data and general reporting.
  • Assisting Mobility Advisors and participating in team meetings.
  • Performing various office administration functions.
  • Serving as a backup to Service Delivery Support Specialist.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
