Assists in the completion of the department’s daily operations by performing assigned tasks, various office functions, and duties in an accurate and timely manner as they pertain to the running of the department in a smooth and organized fashion. Key Accountabilities include maintaining filing systems, handling incoming/outgoing faxes, distributing U.S and interoffice mail/reports, running and preparing necessary reports, organizing, purchasing, and keeping inventory of office supplies, preparing expense vouchers, performing basic data entry, assisting other office personnel with additional projects, monitoring and/or backing up the telephone switchboard, and participating, initiating, or auditing lean projects.
