About The Position

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in partnership with senior advisors, ensuring clients receive seamless, responsive service. You will be a primary point of contact for client communications, administrative coordination, and delivery of key support functions that contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a wealth management, financial services, or related professional services environment .
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning CRM and financial planning software.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with high-net-worth clients and external partners.
  • A self-starter mentality and ability to anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through timely, thoughtful communication.
  • Follow up after client meetings to ensure documentation is complete and accounts are properly established.
  • Manage scheduling of client appointments and advisor calendars.
  • Prepare and organize materials for client meetings.
  • Take detailed notes of conversations, interactions, and action items.
  • Maintain and update the CRM to reflect current client activities and follow-ups.
  • Draft client correspondence that is professional, clear, and client-focused.
  • Scan, index, and archive documentation in an organized system.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and stay current with compliance requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support — including phone coverage and client greetings.
  • Contribute to additional practice needs and projects as required.
