We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Claims Adjusters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and is looking to build a career in corporate insurance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative or legal Assistant experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the claims team
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and claim-related documents
  • Maintain case files, schedules, and calendars
  • Assist with claim intake, data entry, and reporting
  • Coordinate communications with insureds, outside counsel, and internal teams
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed
