About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support and coordinates activities for specific individuals or teams, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office through a variety of responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant is tasked with maintaining office inventory, facilitating supply orders, and completing other general office duties. Additionally, the position supports employees with various tasks related to onboarding, appointment setting, and travel arrangements. Meeting assistance is also a critical part of the role, which includes scheduling, preparing presentations, and taking diligent notes during meetings. The Administrative Assistant handles various office tasks related to communication and organization, upholding organizational policies and procedures while ensuring coordination efforts among different teams and departments. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will be working closely with both internal and external clients, making teamwork essential. The ideal candidate will possess a curiosity to learn the business and be comfortable providing administrative support to internal partners. Although limited experience is required, the role demands a high level of quality in completing tasks, responsibilities, and assignments, following regulatory procedures (FINRA).
