About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Behavioral Health Technician for Enlightened Recovery Detox. This dual position role will include Front Desk Administrative Assistant duties including managing the telephone systems, scheduling appointments, staff messages, and any other task attributed to the duties of that role. Behavioral Health Technician duties include observing all patient activity, maintain a visible presence on the clients, responsible for client screening, collaborating with the Clinical Director on scheduling client intakes, and any other task attributed to the duties of that role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented and computer literate, have a passion for helping those heal from addictive disorders, and find it rewarding to know clients, families, and communities, benefit from the treatment we provide. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • In possession of valid NJ Driver’s License in good standing
  • Pre-Employment Physical and Drug Test, Background Check, and Fingerprinting
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in substance abuse recovery preferred.
  • Proven, Proficient Computer abilities, Software experience, including Microsoft Office
