This will be done through both paper and online methods, utilizing applicable databases and software in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role requires reviewing and evaluating documents to ensure all necessary requirements for licensure are met, as well as assembling, preparing, and scanning documents into the system while maintaining accurate records in the database. Additionally, the position entails responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including telephone, fax, email, and in-person visits, providing timely and accurate information regarding the application and licensing processes. The role also includes performing various administrative, technical, and clerical duties to support the Barber and Cosmetology programs, such as preparing letters, processing finance requests, managing retention schedules, conducting online verifications, and auditing continuing education.
