About The Position

AHI Facility Services strives to provide cost-effective world class integrated facility services to commercial building owners and/or managers nationwide, while simultaneously providing their employees, tenants and visitors a clean environment in which to work, office and visit. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative/Account Assistant to join our team at AHI. This role is essential in supporting the location manager with various administrative and managerial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our janitorial services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background screening and be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Bilingual Preferred.

  • Additional qualifications in office administration or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Assist the location manager with managerial functions, including overseeing janitorial staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Help ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained by conducting regular cleanliness audits and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in training new janitorial staff and providing ongoing support to ensure high performance standards.
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, counseling, payroll, and termination functions of personnel management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
