The Administrative Assistant assists with the day to day operations of the Human Resources Department. This role is responsible for answering the department phone, greeting customers to the office, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with special projects as assigned, consistently exercising initiative, independent judgment, attention to detail, and providing courteous customer service.
