About The Position

The Role of Academy Administration includes various tasks that can be trained on the job and supported by current Academy Office staff and the Head of Academy. The position involves daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the Academy. Responsibilities include reporting, planning, and coordination of training activities, as well as maintaining the training center and ensuring readiness for training sessions.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Order Intake report to Head of Academy – SAP and Excel
  • New Machine installation Bi for North American region - KROBI HTML
  • Create Department Training Chronogram plans for Customer
  • Review and report expiring Backlog deferred revenue list
  • Forward planning and confirmations for Sales Force Dispatch Table
  • Trainer forecast for proactive planning
  • 5S Champion for office and showroom – MS Word
  • Concur Reporting
  • Sales Force Time Sheets
  • KRONOS Time keeping
  • Align revenue list with FICOMS Forms
  • Trainer feedback reporting – Excel and MS Forms
  • Quality control First time right reporting – Excel
  • Pre-Post training Training Room Readiness
  • Training Center Beverage and Snack inventory
  • Create 5S reporting measure for display board
  • Schedule department monthly meeting preparation supported by Head of Academy MS Forms – assessment reporting
  • Monthly Trainer Utilization report
  • Monthly Revenue report
  • Monthly Training center machine and room utilization
  • Training Center activity customer vs Service ratio
  • Train the Trainer planning with Head of Academy
  • Trainer Yearly external Certification planning
  • Capex review on track with Academy Supervisor
