We are currently seeking an Administrative and Data Coordinator to join our team in Lawton, Oklahoma! Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

  • Familiarity with clinical and/or behavioral healthcare settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the initial intake process for all new participants, including gathering and verifying demographic, insurance, and eligibility information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals entering the program, ensuring a welcoming and supportive intake experience.
  • Enter initial patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Check insurance status for participants and assist with enrollment if not already insured.
  • Assist with collection, organization, and processing of program data and documentation.
  • Support data reporting and coordination with various internal teams and external partners.
  • Run data queries, maintain data integrity and security, and assist with database organization.
  • Retrieve, track, clean, format, upload, and document new and updated participant data in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
