About The Position

The City of Laguna Beach is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Analyst to support the Transit Division within the Transit and Community Services Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations of the transit program by managing requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinating with vendors, preparing reports, and assisting with data analysis and agenda reports.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with major coursework in public administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in a responsible journey-level technical or administrative capacity
  • Experience in compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations related to business processes and functions
