The Administrative Aide must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency is required in such tasks as scheduling, data entry, filing and customer service. The administrative aide provides support to the SDRO leadership team, including scheduling appointments, organizing, maintaining files and managing correspondence. Answers phones, responds to emails and provides excellent customer service. Maintenance of office supplies and equipment and ensures the office is clean and well maintained. Coordinates office services throughout the facility; and works with minimal supervision to address all administrative needs. Assists with event planning and coordination, including meetings, presentations and conferences. Performs data entries and maintains accurate and up-to-date records. Takes notes for advisory board and associated committee meetings. Assists with special projects as needed.
