About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Administrative/Accounting Assistant who can easily grasp tasks and provide support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves a blend of administrative and accounting tasks, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow through on requested tasks.
  • Comfortable with math and multiplication.
  • Proficiency in learning new office programs.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with additional accounting tasks.
  • Perform filing and other administrative responsibilities to maintain organized records for easy access.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, and Email for various tasks and communications.
  • Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
