About The Position

Part-Time Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or staff, and other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have an Oklahoma Drivers License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure visitors have a good first impression & feel welcome
  • Must have good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must be able to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct all phone calls, take clear and concise messages for departments
  • Welcoming all office guests, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Keep calendar for conference and building usage
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Answer guests' and employees' questions
  • Provide administrative support to all team members, as necessary
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Other duties, as assigned
