The Administration Manager is responsible for the activities and operations of office managers, office services, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and contract administrators, including maintaining the phone system, purchase and maintenance of office equipment, coordinating mail service as well as building and grounds matters, providing support to operating companies regarding the corporate credit card program, administration of the Docusphere and related electronic capturing software, and assistance and guidance in other office services areas.
