Reimagine What’s Possible This position will provide general administrative support to the North CO2 facilities. They must foster continuous improvement and ensure a positive work environment for all employees. This position reports to the CO2 Manager. Requirements

  • Minimum High school diploma with at least three to five years’ experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SharePoint.
  • Will need to use Teams for Business.
  • Good writing, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration.
  • Effective Communication.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, fax, copiers.
  • Follow oral and written instructions.
  • Self-Starter with Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Work collaboratively across the business.
  • A strong safety focus and adherence to the Company’s Global EHS policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enter payroll data for drivers in SAP.
  • Review Invoices and Process Payments to suppliers.
  • Enter Vendor invoices in SAP E-Form system.
  • Complete monthly expense report.
  • Track driver’s vacation/flexible holiday/sick schedules.
  • Provide Learnex training support.
  • Review/Edit driver logs in the Samsara system.
  • Update Drivers Compliance files.
  • Complete SAP Month End Closing for all CO2 Sites
  • Submit Monthly Reports to Feedgas Suppliers
  • Update Monthly Production Reports
  • Generate SAP Requisitions as requested by CO2 Sites.
  • Miscellaneous Driver Related Administrative Tasks
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills; maintain free and open communication.
