About The Position

We are looking for a SaaS Systems Administrator to take full ownership of key internal tools used across the business, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. This role is ideal for someone with a solid IT / Operations background, who thrives in autonomous environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous contexts, and is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to internal users.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Jira Administrator
Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator
Hands-on experience with Confluence
Strong background in IT, Operations, or SaaS Systems Administration
Ability to work with high autonomy and take full ownership of systems
Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience acting as a systems or tools owner in scaling companies
Passion for building structured, maintainable, and well-governed systems
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a global or fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Act as the primary owner of Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace environments
Administer configurations, permissions, access, and integrations across these tools
Provide proactive, high-quality support to internal users across multiple business units
Establish and improve processes, standards, and best practices for tool usage
Identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities, acting proactively to resolve them
Create and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and usage policies
Collaborate closely with business teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Ensure reliability, organization, and governance of all managed systems
