This position involves performing a variety of complex duties related to analyzing technical documents from field personnel and supporting regional budget goals through proper accounting practices. The role requires adherence to workflow policies and procedures for various departments including Electrical Field Operations, Field Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, Meter Service, Customer Care, Projects, Labor, and the Emergency Response Team. Key responsibilities include responding to internal and external customer inquiries, investigating and analyzing reports for Meter Service, Operations, and Work Management, and performing other administrative tasks. Primary duties also encompass assisting customers and resolving inquiries from various stakeholders, gathering and processing data using numerous record systems (e.g., Maximo, WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office, PowerBI), processing multiple department payrolls while understanding company policies and union contracts, processing contractor invoices, handling sensitive customer account information, and ensuring timely completion of budgetary records. The role also includes assisting in the instruction and training of new representatives and supporting emergency restoration efforts.
