About The Position

Provides support and assistance to the administrative and clinical operations of the department. Perform administrative detail and varied complex secretarial functions for the department. Maintains assigned departmental files and databases, often times handling sensitive and confidential information. Gathers and compiles information for use in presentations and reports following established departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree Business or related area Preferred or
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
  • 2 years experience in related administrative role Required
  • General Experience and proficiency in data entry, database, word processing and spread sheet applications. Required

Nice To Haves

  • General Experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
