About The Position

A fantastic opportunity for a bilingual individual to join our team as an Admin/Receptionist. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support. This role is responsible for managing communications, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Board of Directors and management team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring courteous and professional communication.
  • Process applications for sales, leases, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with issuing and maintaining records for access devices such as parking decals, fobs, keys, and ID cards.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate pest control requests and follow-up as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and management team.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate resident and tenant records in the management system.
  • Manage elevator reservation requests, calendar scheduling, and approvals.
  • Review and approve/decline postings on the community website.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Receive and process payments for maintenance fees, filters, rentals, and other applicable charges.

Benefits

  • Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $19-$20 DOE
