The Administrative Professional is responsible for providing day-to-day support and administrative assistance to the field operations team. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. May process invoices into internal systems and identify and correct timesheet errors. Process and organize incoming work requests. Read and respond to correspondence. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees, customers, and outside vendors. Assist with administrative tasks such as tracking, compiling information of interest, and project-related support. Create and generate reports through internal systems for data analysis. Manage and maintain assigned spreadsheets. May assist with tracking and maintaining employee credentials to ensure compliance with customer, company and state requirements. Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, organizing office supplies, organizing supplies and equipment, dispersing mail, registration renewals, etc. Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership. Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures. Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
