About The Position

The Admin Pharmacist at Advanced Diabetes Supply is responsible for accurate prescription filling, patient counseling, and compliance with pharmacy laws. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy, preferably in retail pharmacy or an accredited setting.
• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's of Pharmacy with equivalent experience.
• Valid and unrestricted State Pharmacist License that is active and clear.
• Intermediate level of MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill prescriptions and provide patient counseling.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technician activities and ensure compliance with job descriptions.
• Document all actions and communications with patients and prescribers.
• Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor company emails for updates and ensure compliance with new regulations.
• Educate patients on their prescriptions and respond to health questions.
• Review prescriptions for authenticity and completeness during dispensing.
• Supervise the delivery, storage, and dispensing of medications and devices.
• Complete all assigned training and projects in a timely manner.
