About The Position

Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain programs and services related to specialty area within the Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System. Supports education initiatives of the pharmacy department through participation in PGY1/PGY2 Residency Programs, student-based services and other training programs.

Requirements

• Require active Florida Pharmacy license. If no active Florida Pharmacy license must be registered as a Pharmacy Intern in the State of Florida and have an active Florida Pharmacy license within three (3) months of hire.
• Require graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Require the ability to obtain a level 2 AHCA clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) PGY1 certificate.
• Prefer Board Certification in specialty area.
• Prefer relationship with a college of pharmacy as an adjunct or associate.
• Prefer excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, as well as, experience with clinical program development and/or clinical management skills.
• Prefer Board Certification in specialty area.
• Prefer American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) PGY2 certificate.
