Synergy HomeCare of Mt. Laurel is a fast-growing, family-owned home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, professional care to seniors and individuals in need. We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Coordinator to help us run daily operations smoothly and support our clients, caregivers, and management team. The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of a home care agency. You will be the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and referral partners, ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance, and communication across the agency.

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage for clients
  • Communicate with families, clients, and caregivers to resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist with caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and orientation paperwork
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies
  • Track daily operations and support the Office Manager/Director as needed
  • Manage office communications (phone, email, portal systems)
  • Support billing, payroll, and record-keeping processes
  • Previous office experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • Prior experience with HomeCare has weight
