About The Position

Herbal Goodness is a fast-growing wellness company committed to providing premium herbal teas, liquid extracts, superfoods, and supplements that support healthy living and transform lives. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and digitally fluent Admin & Marketing Associate to support the CEO, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and contribute to our brand's growth across e-commerce and social media channels. The Admin & Marketing Associate will support the CEO and cross-functional teams across administrative tasks, business operations, and digital marketing. This person will help manage priorities, keep projects moving, and actively grow Herbal Goodness's presence on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is a great fit for an early-career candidate who is organized, curious, and comfortable with digital tools and AI. You will gain hands-on experience across e-commerce operations, executive support, and social media growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or operations support role (internship experience welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve output and speed
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying closely aligned with leadership

Responsibilities

  • Research topics, summarize findings, and create documents and presentations to support business decisions
  • Leverage company AI tools to improve team efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and make work easier across the organization
  • Maintain organized systems for files, communications, and workflows
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure priorities are protected
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings and leadership discussions
  • Manage and organize the CEO's Asana task board to keep projects on track
  • Support analysis and updates across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify sales channels
  • Manage Helium 10 for Amazon keyword tracking, listing optimization, and competitive research
  • Pull and synthesize reporting from Sellerboard to surface insights on profitability, sales trends, and performance
  • Grow the CEO's LinkedIn profile through consistent content, engagement, and community building (KPI: follower growth and engagement rate)
  • Grow Herbal Goodness's Instagram account through strategic posting, storytelling, and audience interaction (KPI: follower growth and engagement rate)
  • Grow the company's TikTok presence with a focus on content that drives revenue and builds community (KPIs: revenue attributed to TikTok, sales conversions, and customer service metrics)
