About The Position

The Admin Director partners closely with the Chief of Staff to support and execute firm-wide operational and strategic priorities, with a primary focus on Real Estate strategy and portfolio management. This role is responsible for coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives; maintaining portfolio data and reporting; managing stakeholder communications; and tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables. Based in Raleigh, NC, this is a highly visible leadership role that works in a hybrid environment, with regular in-office presence and close collaboration with executive leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer. The role provides direction and leadership to senior administrative leaders and managers. What you get to do Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute and report on firm strategic priorities, including coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, and preparing executive-level status updates, insights, and recommendations. Provide operational and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, including coordinating priorities, preparing materials and presentations, and tracking follow-ups to ensure timely completion of key deliverables. Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, manage day-to-day workflow and information flow related to Real Estate, Facilities, Vendor Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and key components of the Partner Succession Program. Maintain and report on the firm’s real estate portfolio, including portfolio data, site initiatives, and leadership communications. Lead, coach, and performance-manage senior administrators, managers, and support teams responsible for these functions, ensuring service levels, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations are met. Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing management, including participation in RFP processes to optimize firm resources (e.g., office equipment, breakroom services, and related vendors). Serve as an active member of the M&A workflow team, gathering and processing data related to Firm Operations and Real Estate. Support integration and employee onboarding efforts for newly acquired firms, ensuring close collaboration across internal Shared Service teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Progressive experience in administrative leadership, operations, or professional services environments
