About The Position

The Director of Womens and Childrens Services is responsible for the overall management of the Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, Nursery, Pediatrics and PICU operation to achieve quality improvement, fiscal productivity and customer/patient satisfaction goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Nursing program from an accredited school.
• BSN required; Master in Nursing or health related field preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana.
• At least five years related clinical experience with 1-3 years demonstrated leadership experience in the field of Womens Services.
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities
