About The Position

Provides overall direction and general administration of the hospital in coordination with, or in the absence of hospital administration personnel. Issues addressed typically involve: public relations, safety, prevention of risk exposure, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and protection of hospital physical assets.

Requirements

• Must obtain Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three years of employment.
• Must provide current RN license by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Must have CPR and ACLS for Randallia campus.
• Must have CPI for Parkview Behavioral Health campus.
• Three to five years experience as a RN, preferably in telemetry, ED, or critical care.
• Charge nurse or equivalent management experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in directing and guiding personnel.
