About The Position

The Director of Research Finance Operations & Analysis provides strategic and operational oversight of financial activities supporting research infrastructure, including the Clinical Research Center ( CRC ), Core Facilities, and Comparative Medicine. The Director ensures financial sustainability, compliance with federal and institutional regulations, and the delivery of high‑quality financial analytics to support informed decision‑making across the research enterprise. This role is responsible for financial planning, rate development, revenue forecasting, and performance analytics, while overseeing finance managers to implement best practices in cost recovery, rate setting, and financial operations.
