This position is responsible for providing high-level patient related customer service in a university/hospital-based, high volume, pediatric/orthodontic dental clinic. The principle responsibilities of the position include schedule coordination, patient intake and referral coordination, and other administrative duties that affect the day-to-day functions of the clinic. This position serves as the primary liaison between families, referring sources, and pediatric/orthodontic dental providers.
