Job Description: Admin Asst II Provides diversified secretarial and administrative support requiring a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures. Independently establishes, organizes and maintains office work flow and filing system to include confidential information. Prepares reports, agendas and correspondence. Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers on both routine and complex issues. Reports to AVP/GM. Major Areas of Responsibility: Responds to internal and external requests. Interfaces with a variety of customers on issues which are of a complex or confidential nature. Involves appropriate associates from other departments or divisions to resolve issues. May be a resource and support to other associates Provides diversified secretarial and administrative support. Composes, types, proofreads, copies and routes memos, correspondence and reports for area. Maintains calendar, daily schedules and schedules/arranges meetings. Coordinates travel arrangements. Sets up, organizes and maintains office filing system and assists in the development and execution of departmental policies/procedures. Orders supplies as necessary. Completes special projects as assigned or directed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in utilizing computer and Company standard software packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • 3+ years of admin related experience
