Requirements

  • Associate's Degree: Related Field (Required)
  • Office/Customer Service; Administrative assistant

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all individuals who enter administration and act as gatekeeper.
  • Screens incoming calls appropriately, working closely with local leadership to expedite callers and requests for information.
  • Take action upon mail and correspondence including processing invoices.
  • Maintains calendars as requested, schedules meetings, arranges appointments, brings pertinent dates to attention of leaders, provides necessary documents for use in scheduled meetings (agendas/presentations), and attends meetings as requested to take minutes.
  • Produce documents and presentations as needed using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Assisting with timecards as a timekeeper as requested.
  • Organize special events and provide appropriate committee representation
  • Proof, edit, review materials with little or no supervision.
  • Monthly staffing calendars for every department, including but not limited to call schedules, with distribution to appropriate departments and staff.
  • Service Recovery: Communicate with patients and families, address concerns, and provide service recovery when necessary.
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and AV equipment.
  • Researches specific topics as directed using the internet, internal resources, and other reference materials as applicable.
  • Assists with maintaining policy and procedure signatures and approvals online and in accordance with DNV requirements
