About The Position

The Administrative Assistant works with the Director/Administrator/CEO, Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the Medical Group. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 1- 2 years secretarial experience preferred.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Additional languages preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • college degree preferred.
