About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Remote Admin Assistant to support our healthcare collections team. This role focuses purely on research and administrative support , not collections or payment follow-ups. You will assist by researching facilities and contacts, accurately capturing information, and maintaining internal databases.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident phone manner for verification calls
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during US working hours
  • Previous admin, research, or data capture experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research nursing homes and related facilities to identify correct billing and contact details
  • Use online platforms and websites to gather and verify information
  • Capture and update data accurately in internal databases and templates
  • Populate standard templates with verified information
  • Make outbound calls to confirm contact details and phone numbers (no collections calls)
  • Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
